1. Digital Product
VibeScore is a digital service that provides instant AI-powered analysis. Because the service is delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final.
2. When We Issue Refunds
We may issue refunds in the following cases:
- You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error.
- The service was completely unavailable during your access period and we were unable to resolve it.
- You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not used the analysis feature.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@vibescore.social with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refund amounts are in the original currency of the transaction.
5. Promotion Codes
Purchases made with promotion codes or discounts are refunded at the amount actually paid, not the original price.
